Profile: Customer Service Agent (Blended Process)

**Salary**: 35,000-40,000 CTC

Location: Noida sec 60

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Shift: Rotational Shift

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Voice Support**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to telecom services, including billing inquiries, service activations, and technical support.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their telecom services.
- Provide detailed information on telecom products, plans, and promotions.

**2.Non-Voice Support**:

- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.

**3.Customer Service**:

- Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as necessary.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete satisfaction.

**4.Industry Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom products, services, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide customers with insights and recommendations based on their telecom needs.

**5.Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to provide seamless support.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs.

**6.Quality and Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with US telecom regulations and data protection policies.

- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
