Designation - Travel Sales Executive

Experience - 1 year to 3 years

Location - Sector - 03, Noida

Salary Package - 30k to 45k (As per experience)

Benefits - Food Allowance + Huge Incentives

Working Days - 6 Days

Shift Timing - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent at Mehu Solutions Private Limited in Noida. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, arranging car rentals, managing travel arrangements, and driving sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. Travel Arrangements**:_Coordinate all aspects of travel including flights, accommodations and transportation.
- **2. Itinerary Planning**:_ Develop comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to the preferences and requirements of clients or employees.
- **3. Budget Management**:_ Evaluate travel options to optimise costs while meeting client

preferences and company policies.
- **4. Customer Service**:_ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance before, during, and after travel.
- **5. Communication**:_Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure smooth travel operations and address any concerns.
- **6. Destination Knowledge**:_ Stay informed about travel destinations, attractions, and local

customs to provide recommendations and enhance the travel experience.
- **7. Travel Reporting**:_ Generate reports on travel expenses, trends, and patterns to support

decision-making and budget planning.

**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in reservations, customer service, and travel arrangements
- Experience in car rental and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of geographical locations and travel destinations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with travel software and booking systems
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
