**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel partners, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Promote and sell international and domestic holiday packages (Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Andaman, Himachal, Kerala, Goa, etc.).
- Generate leads, follow up with potential partners, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate rates and ensure competitive pricing for partners.
- Provide timely responses to agent queries regarding itineraries, inclusions, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated with travel industry trends, destinations, and competitive offerings.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B and B2C sales within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international holiday destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic online research.
