**Job Description - Travel Sales Agents (English & Spanish)**

**About the Role**

We are hiring **energetic, target-driven Travel Sales Agents** to join our dynamic team. You will engage with qualified leads, consult customers on **domestic & international travel packages**, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.

We are looking for:
✔ **5 English-speaking agents**
✔ **1 Spanish-speaking agent** (bilingual support)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound leads** generated via Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
- Consult customers on **flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and complete travel packages**.
- Customize **itineraries** based on client preferences, budget, and special requirements.
- Convert inquiries into **confirmed bookings** while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Provide **post-sales support**: cancellations, modifications, rebookings, and special requests.
- Build and maintain **long-term client relationships** through exceptional service.
- Stay updated with **industry trends, offers, promotions, and destinations**.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year in Travel Sales / Customer Support** (experience handling Meta/PPC leads preferred).
- **Language Skills**:

- **5 Agents**: Fluent in **English** (written & spoken).
- **1 Agent**: Fluent in **Spanish + English** (for bilingual support).
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of **GDS systems** (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred.
- Strong **communication, persuasion, and negotiation** skills.
- Target-driven mindset, ability to **work under pressure**.
- Passion for travel and a **customer-first approach**.

**Compensation & Benefits**
