**Position**: Travel Sales Agent
**Location**: Noida

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Sales Agent to join our team for the UAE travel process. As a Travel Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with booking and planning their travel experiences to the UAE.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers to understand their travel needs and provide suitable travel options for the UAE.
- Assist with booking flight tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel services.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, including travel packages, visa requirements, and local attractions.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate travel advice to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in travel sales or customer service, preferably in the UAE travel process.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills will be a plus).
- Knowledge of the UAE travel industry, including visa processes, popular destinations, and airline partners.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude.
- Familiarity with booking systems and travel software.
