**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling travel products and services, including vacation packages, flights, hotels, and tours. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for travel. English proficiency is a must as you will be interacting with both domestic and international clients. This is an immediate joining opportunity, and salary is negotiable based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Client Engagement:
Identify potential clients, introduce them to travel products, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Travel Arrangements:
Assist with bookings for transportation, accommodation, and tours. Provide detailed itineraries, visa guidance, and customer support.
- Sales Targets:
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of all interactions through CRM systems and report sales performance to management.
- Customer Service & Collaboration:
Address customer concerns, ensure smooth travel experiences, and work with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience in travel sales or a customer-facing role preferred.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong Communication: Ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of booking systems a plus.
- Target-Oriented & Flexible: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Tourism, Business, or related field.
- Experience in luxury, corporate, or adventure travel.
- Prior experience with travel agencies/tour operators.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
