Travel Sales Executive

- Consultative assistance to customer
- Adhere to timelines schedules
- Minimum 12 months of Sales Experience (USA/UK/German Market)
**Additional Information**
- Agent should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment including weekend working (Predominantly Night Shifts)
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and packages.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- **Itinerary Planning**: Design and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all bookings and arrangements meet the client's requirements and expectations.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other service providers to secure the best rates and availability for clients.
- **Booking Management**: Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, confirmations, and amendments.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all necessary travel documents (e.g., visas, tickets, vouchers) are accurately prepared and provided to clients in a timely manner.
- **Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years in travel sales and/or operations, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- **Shift**: Rotational Shifts (5 days working with 2 rotational offs)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
