
Travel Sales Executive

We are hiring enthusiastic and driven **Sales Executives for Domestic and International Travel Sales**. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about travel, client service, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for converting leads into bookings by offering tailored travel solutions for both domestic and international destinations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages, flights, hotels, visas, and add-on services.
- Share quotations, itineraries, and travel plans as per client budget and preferences.
- Close sales by following up effectively and overcoming objections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global destinations, travel trends, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for smooth post-sales support.
- Maintain client records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets and support team KPIs.
- Build and nurture relationships with B2C and B2B clients.
- Attend travel exhibitions and networking events when needed.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Proven experience in travel sales (domestic and/or international).
- Knowledge of destinations, visa procedures, and travel documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
