We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist our customers with billing queries when using our products and services.

*Responsibilities
- Providing help and answers to the customers' issues.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Concession of the customers' troubles by recommendation of products, services, or procedures.
- Coordinate with the development team regarding customer support queries

- This is a full-time position.
- You're someone who thrives working autonomously and doesn't need much (if any) oversight to get things done.
- This job is Monday
- Friday onsite. Required to work Saturdays work from home.

*About You
- At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
- High customer and service orientation
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of operating systems and relevant software
- Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality
- Serenity in challenging situations

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.20 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:
