This role focuses on providing high-quality support to ensure a smooth experience for talent throughout the employment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound job-related questions from candidates and employees via via chat
  • Able to answer query of US customers
  • Manage customer queries on real time
  • Managing AHT and CSAT

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or talent support.
