**Job Title: Customer Support Agent - Airtel Process**

**Location: Sector 59, Noida**
**Working Days: 5 Days (Weekends Off)**
**CTC: ₹30,000 per month**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Airtel services.
- Resolve customer queries regarding plans, billing, recharge, and network issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Provide quick and effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer support or BPO experience will be an advantage (freshers can also apply).
