Job Role:
As a Voice Calling Sales Executive, you will be the voice of our organization, connecting with business owners and decision-makers in the hospitality sector. Your primary responsibility will be to pitch our IT product, highlight its benefits, and drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to business owners and managers in the US/UK hospitality sector.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our IT product effectively.
- Understand the clients’ needs and align our product offerings accordingly.
- Address queries and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM software.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A basic understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience: Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in international markets.( 6 months to 2 years in sales )
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills ((US and UK accent ) with a neutral or adaptable accent.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency: Skilled in using sales management software and CRM systems
- Attributes: Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Shifts: Rotational shifts
