Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses via chat.

Utilize sales skills to identify and generate potential leads.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Work from our office in Gwalior, MP during the hours of 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree.

2-3 years of experience in sales.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues professionally.

Ability to work full-time from the office in Gwalior, MP.
