**Job Description: Agent Support Officer - B2B Overseas Education Industry**

**Experience
- 1- 3yrs**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and identify opportunities to enhance agent satisfaction.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for new agents, guiding them on the processes, tools, and best practices.
- Address any escalated issues or concerns from agents in a professional and effective manner.
- Assist in agent recruitment and onboarding when required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agents.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with education management systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the overseas education sector is an advantage.
