Location : Mumbai

Must Have:

  • Deep passion for customer interaction and solving their challenges
  • Fundamental knowledge of education sector in India, particularly higher education.
  • Managed relationship with key customers in India and has a consultative approach towards sales
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, executive presentations and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and growth
  • Outstanding customer relationship management experience and negotiation skills
  • Flexible for extensive domestic travel in India, as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Evangelizing TCS iON's learning products, platforms & services
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of all TCS iON products, platforms and services for higher education industry
  • Build relationship and establish trust among key stakeholders of identified academic institutions by advocating what’s best for their students and colleges
  • Create and Review Targeted GTM Universe – End to End Sales pipeline management from Suspect to Closure
  • Consult decision makers of academic institutions - Understand needs and convince management effectively by articulating product value propositions
  • Provide and review revenue projections provided by EEs in Zone - achieve and strive to exceed quarterly targets set by TCS management

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education.
