Growth Objectives:
- Develop and execute experiments to drive user growth.
- Analyze data to determine effective strategies and optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest growth hacks, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 0–5 years of experience in a related field (internships and projects count).
- Curiosity, hands-on approach, and a willingness to learn by doing.
- Comfort with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, or similar).
