The Role:
">- Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and strategic planning
">- Collaborate with leadership to execute comprehensive sales strategies and objectives that align with overall business goals
">- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and lifestyle manufacturing brands and ecommerce
">- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, social media, and industry events
">- Deliver customized product presentations, proposals, and solution offerings that address specific client needs and strategic objectives
">- Accurately forecast sales, and monitor performance metrics against targets, initiating corrective measures as necessary to achieve goals

Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
">- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT/Software industry
">- Mentorship experience of sales team members
">- Experienced in retail tech (B2B SaaS) sales
