The Offer

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Snaphunt. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales and relationship management skills while working with a talented team.

The Job

  • You will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • You will develop strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • You will handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • You will work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • You will escalate customer feedback as required.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service or Sales/Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Retail industry.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
