Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Logistics Business Development Manager to join our team at Magichive Manpower Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth in the Contract Logistics (3PL) segment. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new corporate clients, and selling customised 3PL solutions. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Contract Logistics Services and solution selling.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Contract Logistics segment
• Acquire new corporate clients and sell customised 3PL solutions
• Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth
• Build and maintain good business relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver Supply Chain solutions
• Handle key accounts and manage relations with existing clients

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of Contract Logistics Services and solution selling
• Strong business development and sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
