  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow the 3PL business.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the 3PL market.
  5. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the 3PL industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Skills: Proven sales skills, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
