Contract Logistics Sales Manager
Busisol Sourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Logistics Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share
- Gain new accounts by developing relationships with key decision-makers
- Expand and maintain existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and solutions
- Research and address customer concerns and needs
- Plan and conduct presentations and facility tours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish support and implement vertical market and regional selling opportunities
- Establish target accounts for key regional opportunities
- Integrate revenue and product development goals into the organization's strategic plans
- Maintain accurate records and reporting requirements
Criteria:
- 5+ years of related sales experience in Contract Logistics solutions
- Proven ability to create new business and client relationships
- Excellent organization, planning, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and presentation abilities
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confident MS Office user; experience with sales activity reporting software preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
