Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our textile sales operations across Africa. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, manage a sales team, and build client relationships in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across African markets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain longterm relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in sales management. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in African markets.
