We are a dynamic company looking for a skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth, our ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager: Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure store personnel provide outstanding customer service, meeting the high standards of The White Teak Company.
  • Merchandising and Marketing: Maximize sales through effective merchandising and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Queries and Concerns: Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Profitability and Sales Target: Focus on maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets.
  • Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with the corporate office and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional Approach: Demonstrate a professional approach in handling internal and external customers.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with changing market dynamics and industry developments.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure a smooth supply chain process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related industry.
  • Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Market Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of the market we operate in.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reporting: Ability to write clear, detailed reports.
  • Initiative: Initiative to identify new markets and understand customer needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
