Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to oversee sales and operational aspects of our branch business.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Sales Strategy: Developing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
Operational Efficiency: Streamlining processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and collective performance.
Forecasting: Working on accurate sales forecasting to support inventory planning and operational decision-making.
Reporting: Preparing regular reports and presentations on sales and operational performance for senior management.
Problem Resolution: Addressing challenges and conflicts promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure a smooth work environment.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
Education: An MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Finance.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in EdTech (preferably).
Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai.
Salary: Best-in-industry compensation package.
