We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team at Indus Net Technologies (INT.).

Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
- Candidate Sourcing
- Source high-quality leads and candidates using various techniques, including online research, referrals, and industry events.
- Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to align sales strategies and share best practices.
- Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales, with a focus on Enterprise deals.
- Skills
- Proven track record of building successful teams, developing partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
