We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team at Indus Net Technologies (INT.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Candidate Sourcing
    • Source high-quality leads and candidates using various techniques, including online research, referrals, and industry events.
  • Account Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales team to align sales strategies and share best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales, with a focus on Enterprise deals.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of building successful teams, developing partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth.
    • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
