Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Sharda Motor. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
  • Liaise and build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for projects and new products.
  • Prepare sales presentations and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate with customers to secure new business.
  • Monitor and review sales activity and results to ensure market share and profitability.
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them effectively.
  • Establish sales goals to ensure market share and profitability of products.
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
  • Handle customer online modules for RFQ, submission of quotes, and getting RFQ/SOR details.
  • Periodically monitor and follow up on pricing-related amendments.
  • Explore ways to improve existing product profitability by monitoring and analyzing market trends.
