The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Relationship Professional to join our team in Valencia.

About the Role

  • Acquire and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalate customer feedback as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has at least 1 year experience in a Customer Service or Sales/Relationship Manager role, preferably in the Retail industry.
  • Is adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
  • Is a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Is a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Is willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
