The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements.
  • Generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature.
  • Developing pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
  • Managing the marketing and sales teams and performing managerial duties to meet company goals.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits and anticipating new marketing pportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services and Staffing / Executive Search industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of End to end Sales, Lead generation and Cold Calling
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
