Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment and software development industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in recruitment agencies and software development companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


Client Onboarding:

  • Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized onboarding plans tailored to client needs.
  • Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding phase.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.


Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide ongoing support.


Sales Strategy and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (good to have)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the recruitment industries.
  • Proven experience in onboarding clients and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and software development processes and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
