About the Company:
eFlair is a software development company. We deal with website development, app development, design, etc. We also have a new division to our company which provide top 3% talents to our clients.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join our team. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in working with recruitment agencies, software development companies, and expertise in dealing with inbound leads, generating outbound leads and client onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recruitment and software development industries.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in recruitment agencies and software development companies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Client Onboarding:
- Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized onboarding plans tailored to client needs.
- Provide training and support to clients during the onboarding phase.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide ongoing support.
Sales Strategy and Reporting:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (good to have)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the recruitment industries.
- Proven experience in onboarding clients and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and software development processes and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
