Sales Business Development

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage to develop and upscale bonding relationships with Interior Designers and Architects as well as HNI customers of Macintel Solutions. In addtion to the daily operations of the premium retail gallery, the candidate shall complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. The candidate should be a confident salesperson, a great communicator, a relationship builder, a go-getter, a self learner and be able to share his or her best practices in order to onboard new customers. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and experience in Luxury Brand Sales will be an added benefit.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
- Business Development and liaison with Kohler Team
- Conduct trainings
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Track and manage architects and interior designers for releavant revenue goals
- Ability to work in the market and/or hybird environment
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of retail and business development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
- Independence oriented and value driven approach to Business Development
- Strong customer service, management
- Strong English communication skills
- Graduate in Education
