Pro-Riterz Fam is looking for Business Development Executive (BDE)


We are a dynamic Content Marketing agency based out of Bengal- Pro-Riterz, and we're looking for the newest member of our agency.


Business Development Executive- This is a target-based position where your primary focus will be driving sales and securing new clients in either the IT/digital marketing sectors. During the two-month probation period, you will be offered a base salary, with the potential for your earnings to triple based on performance.


Responsibilities:
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets during the probation and beyond.
  • Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients in the IT and digital marketing industries through cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions. You might need to attend local meetups and networking events in Kolkata or across India
  • Sales Funnel Management: Maintain an active pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, client pain points, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch our services effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress and strategies to management.


Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, especially in IT or digital marketing sectors.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: A strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Networking Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build connections and uncover opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services, digital marketing solutions, and customer acquisition processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive under pressure.
