The Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing new relationships.

The Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Sales/Relationship Manager role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
