Business Development Associate

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and researching marketing opportunities and plans to understand consumer requirements.
- Creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature to generate unique sales plans.
- Developing pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
- Managing the marketing and sales teams, performing managerial duties to meet company goals.
- Maintaining relationships with key clients by making regular visits and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops.
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services and Staffing/Executive Search industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of End-to-end Sales, Lead generation and Cold Calling.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- Will to undertake more than 60% travel.
