The Job

  • Responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, social media, events, referrals, and web leads
  • Build and maintain a CRM database to track leads and customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain a high level of attention to detail, including data accuracy and documentation preparation
  • Cold call senior-level prospects in North America and Europe to schedule meetings and introduce the company
  • Connect target companies' decision makers with Acufore to influence them to work together
  • Coordinate activities with other sales teams to effectively reach out to decision makers
  • Develop a basic understanding of mechanical, electronics, plant engineering, and software development to translate into meeting setup opportunities
  • Effectively articulate and map the company's value proposition to prospect pain points

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening skills and a positive presence
  • Energetic, self-driven, proactive, quick learner, and a team player
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship building skills
  • Confident in opening discussions with senior-level decision makers
