The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach new customers and expand our existing client base.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the latest market developments.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably in the IT services and staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with a minimum of 60% travel required.
