Real Estate Sales Specialist for Fast-Paced Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Valuepersqft in Bangalore. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion, building strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Client Engagement: Conduct property site visits, showcase projects to potential buyers, provide detailed information about pricing, features, and amenities, and stay updated on client needs and preferences.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, discuss challenges, and align on strategies to drive business results.
