We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Development Specialist to join our team at Sammy's Dreamland Co., Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for driving real estate sales, contract negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service in the residential real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and partners to secure deals
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
