Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Specialist to provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to our Marketing team. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets in designated areas by developing and maintaining databases, mapping new projects, and acquiring new builders to ensure coverage across designated territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales & revenue targets in the designated area.
- Develop and maintain a database with regular reporting & follow-ups.
- Map new projects and new builders in designated territories to ensure coverage.
- Relationship Management with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A graduation or post-graduation degree with more than 8 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
- Proactive & innovative thought process.
- Dexterity in negotiation.
- Dexterity in creating and delivering presentations.
- Passion for selling and dexterity in communicating with people at all levels.
- A self-motivating mindset.

- An estimated salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, based on your experience and performance.
