Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Market Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with property owners or developers to list properties for sale or rent. This will involve preparing detailed property descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
You will also conduct research and market analysis to identify suitable properties for clients based on their criteria. This may involve showing properties to clients and providing information about each one to help them make informed decisions.
In addition, you will act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate property prices and terms. Your goal will be to ensure that both parties reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
You will use various marketing techniques, both online and offline, to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. This may involve creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and developing relationships with potential clients.
