As a key member of the pre-sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and driving lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with 80-120 potential clients daily to share details about our exciting real estate projects.
• Create strong connections with clients to build trust and loyalty.
• Schedule site visits and ensure consistent follow-ups to move leads closer to conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to refine our outreach strategies.

Requirements:

* Experience: 6 months to 4 years in pre-sales, telesales, or similar roles. Prior real estate experience is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English and local languages to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary range of Rs. 3,00,000 - Rs. 6,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include incentives for achieving milestones, structured work schedules, comprehensive training, and growth-oriented culture.
