**Revfin Overview**
We are building India's largest lending company through our innovative digital platform. Our focus is on financing commercial electric vehicles, including E-2W, E-3W, E-4W, LCV, and HVC, for individual drivers and fleet operators.
Our customers live in Tier 2 or 3 towns, have no credit history, a very low level of education, and no banking transactions. We underwrite loans using revolutionary techniques like psychometrics, biometrics, and gamification.
The entire loan application journey is delivered digitally through an App. We partner with manufacturers, dealers, fleet operators, and e-commerce companies to acquire customers, providing point-of-sale finance.
We provide loans through our own NBFC as well as through multiple lending partners. Our goal is to drive mass-scale adoption of electric vehicles by financing individual drivers and leasing vehicles to fleet operators.
Job Description:
As a National Sales Manager, you will lead our national sales operations, overseeing regional sales managers, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across the organization.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Set National Sales Targets: Establish and manage national sales targets, ensuring they are aligned with company revenue objectives.
- Lead Regional Sales Managers: Supervise and guide regional sales managers to ensure alignment with national sales goals and strategies.
- Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze national sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement and improvise the strategy and the action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. National Sales Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Set national sales targets and ensure they are aligned with company revenue objectives.
- Lead regional sales managers to ensure alignment with national sales goals and strategies.
2. Customer and Dealer Relationships
- Build strategic relationships with key dealers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and providing excellent service.
- Drive every dealer through teams to maximize business.
3. Team Management
- Recruit and train regional sales managers and their teams to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Set performance metrics and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure teams are meeting targets and provide strategies for improvement.
4. Market Analysis and Competitor Insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential customers.
- Analyze competitor strategies and adjust national sales plans to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a premier institute.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a national sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of NBFC (Vehicle Financing).
- Experience in managing large team size.
