National Key Account Development Manager

We are looking for a National Key Account Development Manager to develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts and improve customer satisfaction. As a Senior Sales Leader, you will work closely with Business Unit heads and the sales team to prioritize orders and ensure timely service of customer requirements. You will also formulate customer stickiness and retention strategies, cover a major portion of sales through MOUs/LTCs, and treat customer feedback/complaints with respect, urgency, and seriousness.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in steel and/or industrial product industries. They will possess a clear understanding of the complete plant production process, capabilities, and constraints, and be able to make periodic visits to the plant to understand new developments and meet key stakeholders.
