About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet Sales Targets: Work closely with our dealers and distributors to achieve monthly sales targets and grow our business.
  • Project Scouting & Architect/Builder/Contractor Handling: Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Dealer/Distributor/Channel Partner Management: Foster strong relationships with our existing dealer network, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute plans to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
  • Demand Generation: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase demand for our products.

As a Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering value and volume through geography-based strategies.
  • Preparing plans to achieve assigned business objectives on a monthly basis and working towards target achievement within budget.
  • Assisting dealers in achieving their overall sales targets through regular visits, effective communication, and timely service.
  • Ensuring the growth of core products alongside new and focused products.
  • Analyzing area-level data to identify gaps and driving necessary initiatives.
  • Exploring and opening new dealer counters to expand sustainable sale potential in the area.
  • Implementing channel initiatives, schemes, and control measures.
  • Tracking and resolving dealer queries promptly to maintain productive relationships.
  • Ensuring availability of materials, services, and promotional tools to dealers through coordination with other functions.
  • Implementing marketing plans, including new launches, promotions, pricing, product mix, and distribution policies.
  • Managing entire accounting and audit-related queries.
  • Collecting receivables in accordance with organizational norms and reviewing credit worthiness of business associates.
  • Driving influencer loyalty programs as per organizational policies and extending benefits to influencers according to defined loyalty program structures.

Salary Range: ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum (dependent on experience and performance), plus additional benefits and incentives.
