Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at TTK Prestige Ltd. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sell-out strategies across channels in close coordination with the Key Account Manager and Zonal Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sell-out strategies to maximize business opportunities across channels.
  • Set and achieve targets for Promoter & Store wise Sellout, Productivity, Display and counter-share.
  • Recruit and manage promoters and Team Leaders to drive productivity and minimize attrition.
  • Design and execute BTL activations to boost sales.
  • Maximize in-store POSM display and internal & external branding space.
  • Ensure minimum inventory norms are maintained across stores in collaboration with KAM and adhere to company planogramming guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing performance assessments of TLs and promoters, support through coaching and training plans, and develop training programs.
  • Analyze business data to provide insights on sell-out trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitive activities, new product launches, and other relevant market information.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure top-class customer service to Large Format Stores and Regional Stores.
  • Foster close relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive SFA usage to optimize journey plans for TSOs & Team Leaders, ensuring maximum market coverage.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-16 years of experience in Modern Trade, preferably in Sell Out roles.
  • A degree in MBA (Full-time) is compulsory.
  • Prior experience in handling teams and driving their productivity is essential.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and coordination skills are required.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel is necessary, while SAP skills are preferred.
  • Candidates must have handled businesses worth ₹50 crores per annum or more.
  • Local candidates will be given preference.
  • Frequent job changes will not be considered.

This position requires extensive travel, approximately 10-15 days per month.
