Paytm is India's leading digital payments and financial services company, focusing on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering various payment use cases.
We provide consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) such as Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag, and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, we offer acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway, where payment aggregation is done through PPI and other banks' financial instruments.
To further enhance merchants' business, we offer commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, we then offer credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced by our financial partners.
About the team:
The Dairy vertical includes digital payment enablement at all Dairy outlets and its ecosystem, and other retail business. This team is predominantly responsible for handling end-to-end sales and operations of this category.
About the role:
This Sales Team Lead position involves selling products or services for a company and representing their brand. You will also manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales teams and handle end-to-end sales and operations
- Sell products or services and represent the company brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Foster growth within the sales team and the company
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of distribution and expansion concepts
- Excellent market knowledge and business acumen
Salary:
Rupees 8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
