**About the Position:**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Fortune Minds Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities in the technology consulting and staffing industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
- Establish and maintain primary vendorships with leading technology companies and enterprises.
- Oversee the placement of qualified candidates in client organizations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
- Pursue new business opportunities to acquire new accounts and clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
- Able to generate leads, negotiate deals, and expand market presence.
- Familiarity with the technology consulting and staffing industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
