Sales Director for Non-Food FMCG

Galderma is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our non-food FMCG sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.
About the RoleThe Sales Director will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary targets, meeting retailers, and managing distributors. A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and retailers, ensuring strong partnerships and collaborative working.
- Monitor sales performance, analyzing data and forecasting future trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in non-food FMCG sales, preferably with a strong background in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
