Job Overview

About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for achieving primary and secondary targets, meeting retailers, and managing distributors. A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and retailers, ensuring strong partnerships and collaborative working.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyzing data and forecasting future trends to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in non-food FMCG sales, preferably with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
