Job Description:

MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to lead our state/area team and drive sales growth in assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch Brand Partners products in assigned state/territory.
  • Meet revenue and volume targets.
  • Lead the state/area team.
  • Appoint Super Distributors, Distributors, and Retailers.
  • Develop and implement beat/coverage plans.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at targeted retail outlets.
  • Collect timely payments.
  • Manage inventory levels in distribution.
  • Implement schemes and promotions smoothly and transparently.
  • Manage channel partners and Key Accounts.
  • Resolve issues promptly.
  • Collect product feedback and conduct competition activities.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in FMCG in General Trade.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in FMCG (Food & Beverages).
  • Strong expertise in Distributor Handling and Key Accounts Handling.
