Business Development Manager for TMT Bar and MS

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts for TMT Bar and MS & GI Pipe products in Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand awareness and promote our products related to Building Site Projects, Pipeline Work, and Railway Site Projects.
- Identify and target potential clients, and convert them into loyal customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- MBA or an equivalent degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales & marketing role in the TMT Bars, Crash Barriers, and MS & GI Pipe industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive monthly salary package: ₹55,000 - ₹65,000 (approximately USD 7,500 - 9,200)
