International Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Development Representative to join our team in Guwahati, Assam. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential foreign education consultants, negotiating contracts, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a successful integration into our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Potential Partners: Conduct research and network to identify potential foreign education consultants through walks-in, tele-calling, and making prior appointments.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create effective sales strategies and plans, including proposals and presentations, to onboard foreign education consultants.
- Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams for seamless integration.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to new consultants on our offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets with high motivation and outreach efforts, reaching as many students as possible who are pursuing higher education abroad, and helping them use our portal.
About You:
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Dynamic Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Guwahati market and surrounding areas is a plus.
